Something very subtle what you are not aware of, settles in as a low level constant stress factor and there is an alteration in our way breathing, which then affect our capacity to digest, assimilate and calorie burn.

If you are a high achiever, doing a lot during the day, you tend to skip your meals or shorten your lunch break, and then you knock yourself out in the evening by eating up anything in sight – pay attention. 

How frequently and how long are you doing this?

If this happens occasionally, that’s still OK. But frequently, over a longer period of time …? Well, your organism will have more difficulty in re-establishing its homeostasis after a while. 

If you notice the signs in your lifestyle, or in your coworkers lifestyle, you have to pay attention. 

YOUR wellbeing is IMPORTANT for all of us!  So, let me ask:   

  • Are you worried about an event, or has someone recently upset you?
  • Have you noticed that when there is a lot of tension, you tend to eat?
