This approach is somehow new and somehow not because I like to combine timeless wisdom, ancient wisdom and the latest, newest scientific “discoveries”, real-life observations as well as unseen but well-observed realities. A new approach also means that the ‘soul’ is there in the equation. I regard myself and everybody as a soul, who has a body with a mind and a heart, in which and through which we gather experiences, express ourselves and evolve into a greater awareness and a deeper harmony.
I work with people who are looking for natural, lasting solutions to their stress, digestive, dietary- and weight concerns and want to restore their health, seek personal growth, better performance and more fulfillment in life in a sustainable way.
I also work with people who feel they are stuck in their journey and have a great eagerness to find out what is next. They want to discover how they should continue with their lives, with their relationships, including their very selves, and last but not least how to adjust themselves to the rapidly changing world around them.
